Group Exhibition – ArtWorks Kettering
In July 2025, Jack took part in a group exhibition at ArtWorks in Kettering, presenting pieces focused on timber and tactile form.
Born from the earth, refined by craft and care.
Combining traditional heritage tools with modern techniques, each piece is shaped by hand to reveal the natural beauty and unique character of the wood. Jack finishes his work with a homemade blend of beeswax, linseed oil, and lemon essence, creating pieces that invite touch and tell a story of place, time, and craft.
Based in Northamptonshire, Jack is a professional woodturner and furniture maker dedicated to working with locally foraged timber—usually fallen or storm-damaged wood found within walking distance of his home.
A selection of Jack’s latest pieces, each made by hand from locally sourced timber.
This gallery is a record of that journey, bringing together finished pieces, moments from the workshop, and glimpses into the day to day process behind each commission.
